I recommend the SharkTooth Traditional and the Kodiak Crossover Picks because the pick & strap assemblies can be interchanged. However, the SharkTooth Hybrid model is also fun to play with due to its fluid strumming capability.
Take note that the Un-Thumb-Pick is the most unusual model in the set and it may take a bit more practice to master.

The Kodiak is a highly functional Crossover Pick that uses a fully adjustable leather strap system to attach to the players thumb. "Universal Picking Technique" is enabled by the Kodiak Crossover Pick (click on the image to the left to learn more about Universal Picking Technique).
The Kodiak picking system retails for US$10.00 and comes with two nylon straps, a medium and a heavy polymer flat pick.
